Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit hit or miss - from a poorly lit, stained bedding and awful bathroom to an amazing suite. The constant vibration was a joke, and the lack of windows and unclear egg ordering procedures made things puzzling. On the bright side, the service was friendly and helpful, with a nice health center, free parking, good location, and nearby facilities. The location was convenient for shopping, nightlife, and Langley Park but lacked clear instructions. The dining experience varied from good and freshly cooked to sparse offerings like moldy crumpets - a hit or miss. I found the facilities to be lacking, but the price was reasonable considering the amenities on offer.
The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms, just a 1-mile walk to the train station for easy access to the center of Liverpool. The staff was friendly, and the wifi was good, but the room was cold, requiring a small heater that made it stuffy.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had no access to wifi, which was inconvenient, and it felt a bit like an inside cabin on a cruise ship due to the musty smell and mold from a water leak. However, the staff provided a portable heater when needed, showing understanding and hospitality.
